A newly constructed modern home. Simple and clean lined design accompanied by a 360° stunning
panoramic view of the endless, ever changing water and nature views. Enjoy spectacular views of the main island of Puerto Rico, Culebra, St Thomas, St John and St Croix as well as the lush protected nature sanctuary from the house. This is a place to take deep breaths, relax and connect to the natural world.
The house features two bedrooms, a bathroom with rain shower, fully equipped granite kitchen and small
inside lounge area. From the large open-air living/dining area steps lead down to a comfortable pool deck
and the infinity pool facing the ocean. The master bedroom, with breathtaking ocean views, has a queen size bed and french doors opening out to a private deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
We have recently added a second floor unit that is available for rent as an addition to the first floor unit,
making it ideal for two couples, or a family traveling together while wanting some privacy. Spectacular sunrises over the nature reserve as you do your morning yoga on the deck. At sunset you
can swim in complete seclusion in the private pool. Delight in the balmy eastern trade winds while sipping a sunset cocktail by the pool, dine al fresco under the starry skies, or enjoy a romantic stargazing from the eagle's nest on top of the house. We will send you full details on the house and how to get there prior to your arrival. Our property managers will arrange check in and help you settle in. If you prefer our manager can (for an additional fee) great you at the airport and bring you to the house. You will need a car and we can direct you to a number of car rental agencies on the island.
